FAQ
- WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
Digital orders are processed automatically and immediately after payment has occurred.
- HOW CAN I PRINT A DIGITAL PATTERN?
When ordering a digital pattern you will receive a unique link which allows you to download the digital pattern(s) you purchased. Click on the link and download the pattern(s) and tutorial(s). Make sure you save the file(s) to your computer's hard disk.
Open the file and print the pattern in its original size. Do not scale or make the file fit. All our digital patterns allow you to choose between printing the full pattern with a professional printer ánd printing the A4 size at home. When printing the A4 size at home, first check on the second page of the pattern file if each side of the test square measures 5 cm. If so, cut out the frames on each page and tape them together by aligning the numbers perfectly.
- I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN THE PATTERN FILE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before downloading a digital pattern make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Reader (it is free!) on your computer. Older version of adobe reader can prevent your file from opening.
- I LOST MY DIGITAL PATTERN, CAN YOU SEND ME A NEW DOWNLOAD LINK?
When ordering a digital pattern you will receive a unique link with which you can download the digital pattern you purchased. This link will allow you three download attempts of your file. After these three attempts your link will expire. When this link has expired and something happened by which you lost this digital pattern (worst case scenario, your computer crashed), we cannot provide you with a new download link. Make sure to back up your files to avoid losing your digital orders.
